I'm running out of days to appropriately play this. Here's "January," Pilot's barely charting follow-up to the smash "Magic," which I think deserved better. Aren't they just jolly?

One of my favorite shoulda-beens of the '70s -- it was a UK #1 (bigger than "Magic", even) and surely should've done better here. It would take 30 years until I actually encountered a woman named January; that would be actress January Jones, aka Betty Draper on Mad Men. Were her parents Pilot fans?
