is "Tocque DeVille" Mink's brother? Clever name, at any rate (indeed, I wonder how many people will even pick up on the cleverness of the name). Good lyric, tho' I wonder how much of a put-on the delivery is -- he sounds like John Prine trying to be Dylan.
